I visited the following site: http://www.contextures.com/xlDataVal02.html for help regarding Data Validation. I was able to create what I needed with one exception. My main field has numbers in it so it's not matching with this list (ie. 9A, 9B, 9D, 9F). I changed these to NineA in step two of the instructions but with upper management this will not work, they MUST be stated with the numbers. Is there a way to complete step 2 and making excel accept me naming a chart "9D"?
