Outlook 2010 Excel attachments from mail open in Read Only mode

Hi,
I have the issue when i get an email With a Excel attachment, i open it, it is in read-only mode.
I think this is the reason that when I try to save the file it come automaticaly "copy of", before the file name.
Do anyone know how I can turn this off?
