Hi

Your profile has Office 2016, use the IFS function if you have.

=IFS(A1<3000,I22*0.1,A1<50000,I22*0.08,A1>=50000,I 22*0.06)

Alternatively you can use the LOOKUP or VLOOKUP functions.
