It is a while since I have looked at this. It is working in 2010 a little hit and miss in 2016 Word latest update but not too bad.
Userform: Remove top - Definitions and all code relating to Definitions and Defa Defi.
There are coding errors that I am trying to fix.
Only styles are going to be used case 0-5 (Lev 1-6) as you would with Find and Replace - highest level first.
Ideas in how to streamline userform to remove reference to Definitions (not heading Definitions). It was to format non table defs into Table Def col1 and Meaning Col2. This is not required now.
Any thoughts - ideas much appreciated and version of Word you are using also please.
