I am a long time user of Outlook. However, I am stymied. I purchased a refurb'd computer for my mom with ms outlook. Got her mail all set up but when she deletes a message in her inbox it stays in the inbox with a line through it and does not go to the delete folder. How do I fix this? Holding the shift key while deleting does not work either. Cannot find help anywhere.... Help!
