After uninstalling a program, I got a problem with Office 2010 stalling in the middle of some process or other. When I re-booted I found that Excel wont run and I get this error which is something to do with the C library. All other Office 2010 programs run fine - I'm running Windows 10.

I've tried running it in safe mode - same error.

I've tried repairing the install - same error.

Anyone know what to try next?
