Hello,
We have a set up a group email address with 5 team members in the group.
Customers send requests to that email address and the 5 members fulfill the requests.
We have a problem where 2 or more members start working on a customer request at the same time and in some cases the customer receives multiple responses from different team members.
Does Outlook have any features that can address this issue?
For example, a feature that would allow a team member to claim a request, and once claimed, other members are warned not to reply?
Or are there any 3rd party apps for outlook that do this?
