Have you checked whether the font prints correctly in Word? If so, it may just be a screen display issue. The presence or absence of 'Regular' in Word may be inconsequential; Word often lists just the parent font and not its bold/italic/etc. variants when the font set has more than one file (whether or not all those variants are installed).
