There's no good answer to this but TAB (or TAB several times) will "select" buttons with actions in show mode (you will see a dotted line) ENTER will then activate. If you set it up carefully TAB-ENTER for button 1, TAB TAB ENTER for button 2 etc. Not ideal I know.
