Thank you for the thought about Word's Outline View. It's a great way to quickly see headers and move items around, but I would like the ability to expand/collapse while looking at a document in the Print Layout.

I have found articles on putting together a macro to accomplish an expand/collapse feature, my hope is to use a feature that is in the Windows version, unfortunately the Mac version isn't quite up to speed yet (according to Microsoft's tech support).
