Word has no built-in functionality for this and, moreover, could not accomplish what you're after without physically splitting the table so that Section breaks could be used to provide a separate footer for each of the pages concerned.
As for counting the # of rows on each page, that could be accomplished by selecting the rows concerned and running the
CellRange macro in the
