I am not sure whether this is the right place but I kinda need some advice/help in recovering my Office 365 account.

I am a paid subscribser of Office 365 and I use SkyDrive for my cloud storage. I mean extensively. This Office account and SkyDrive are directly linked to my Hotmail account. Now I did have a live dot com account which I deleted by January.

Now, about 15 - 20 days (approx.) ago - for some security reason Microsoft blocked my hotmail account. Apparently the recovery email ID that was set was the deleted live dot com account.

I dont use Hotmail much for email except for Office & Cloud storage. I use OneNote, Word and excel across multiple devices. I am hugely dependent on OneNote for a lot of collaboration work and note taking work. Everything is stored in Skydrive.

Now when I tried to recover my Hotmail account, it gave me two options.

1. Recover email (which is dead)
2. Fill the form below (which I tried 2 times and Microsoft rejected both times)

In the form (attached at the end of this post), I am able to get Personal information and banking information right but besides that, as I dont really use Hotmail for email - I dont know anything else. I could definetly say a lot on what is in my SkyDrive and OneNote.

How do I recover my account? I really and badly need to recover my Hotmail account. I am a paid Office 365 subscriber.
