I have a laptop which came with office 2007 installed. They gave me some papers when I bought the pc which had the serial number for all my windows 7 software in case I needed it.
For virus and malware reasons, I had to wipe my windows 7 to the same conditions it was when it came to my house. Now it already has windows 7 installed, but not activated. I tried using the serial they gave me but it is not valid. My guess is I have to go somewhere on their websites and deactivate my serial key and activate it again, or something like that.
Anyways, can anyone help me out on this?
