Default Getting 'Save As' box when trying to print.

I have a user who is simply trying to print Microsoft Word 2003 document. Every time she clicks 'Print', a 'Save As' box appears. I have never seen that before. What could be causing this, and how do I fix it? She was able to copy the file to a network drive, and print it from another computer.

As a first step, ask the user to exit Word and rename the template. See the "Rename the or Normal.dotm global template file" section of the article at ("How to troubleshoot problems that occur when you start or use Word 2010, Word 2007, Word 2003, or Word 2002").
