I have a user who is simply trying to print Microsoft Word 2003 document. Every time she clicks 'Print', a 'Save As' box appears. I have never seen that before. What could be causing this, and how do I fix it? She was able to copy the file to a network drive, and print it from another computer.

As a first step, ask the user to exit Word and rename the Normal.dot template.
