I have a user who is simply trying to print Microsoft Word 2003 document. Every time she clicks 'Print', a 'Save As' box appears. I have never seen that before. What could be causing this, and how do I fix it? She was able to copy the file to a network drive, and print it from another computer.

As a first step, ask the user to exit Word and rename the Normal.dot template. See the "Rename the Normal.dot or Normal.dotm global template file" section of the article at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/921541/en-us/ ("How to troubleshoot problems that occur when you start or use Word 2010, Word 2007, Word 2003, or Word 2002").
