Exclamation How to remove 'gray background from text'

Hi.

Pls. see the attached doc file and in some of the text there is a gray background color. can anyone tell me how to remove this.

What you have is a FORMTEXT field which is shaded. If you want to get rid of it, just select all of the shaded text, cut it to the clipboard, and then click Home tab | Paste | Paste Special, and choose to paste as "Unformatted Text."
