Default Multiple choice option boxes

Good morning (or afternoon or evening).

I am creating a protected word document form. One of my questions is multiple choice for which I want the participant to only be able to select one of four options.

Any ideas how I restrict the selection of one option due to the selection of another option?

Many thanks

Hi burnsie,

If you're using formfields, the user can only select one option from a dropdown formfield (which can have as many as 25 options).
