Default Migrate 2003 custom toolbar to 2007

Hello,

Our company has recently upgraded Office 2003 to 2007. Word 2003 had a custom tool bar which executed different macros. When we converted the template which contained the tool bar to 2007 format, the custom tool bar is displayed under the Add-In tab, but I cannot find a way to make any changes to it (basically adding new macros). The work around that I am following now is
  • save the .dotm template as .dot
  • make the necessary modifications to custom tool bar in Word 2003
  • save the template
  • open it in Word 2007 and convert it to .dotm back again
But I need to have a copy of Word 2003 for doing this. Can any one kindly suggest a better option to do the same? Is there any way to migrate the 2003 toolbar to 2007 format and then make changes in 2007? Kindly advise.

Thank you

Shameer
