Default Save and send markups

Hello all. I have a document that I have made markup changes to. However, when I try to save the document so that I can send it with markups included, the SAVE action does nothing. I can't even SAVE AS. The document is not password protected or locked by the way.

Any ideas?

Default Save changes

Open your Window Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Delete) and see if Word shows as Not Responding on the Applications tab. If so, you'll have to close it and hope that your changes were saved by autosave.

Otherwise, is it possible that you have some other dialogue box open, that is preventing any save action? If you have other Word documents open, or other applications, try closing them and see if that frees up Word.
