unwanted text in a label
WORD 2002 / Windows XP /
I am quite familiar with "EXCEL" but not so much with "WORD" I have saved a document just for printing labels. I have used the empty page of the document to write label making instructions I have several lines of text on this instruction page Out of all the lines of text on the page about 1/2 way down the page there are 2 lines of text which I must leave a space between otherwise the text transfers into my label field. I have to delete the text from the label field then paste in the actual text intended for the label. Every time I go back to the label field the text from the instruction page is back, it seems like somehow a link has been created between a specific location on the text page and the label field. Anyone have any ideas ??? |
