Question Printing a small booklet in Word 2016

I am trying to print out a small booklet using Word. The booklet was composed in Word and seems straight forward but is not.
I have looked up many texts on this with no answer.
I am able to get the size booklet I want but the pages get messed up and do not print out in the correct book sequence.
If I do the same thing using A5 size paper it seems to work OK. However, the booklet is then too big.
I required a size of 95 mm wide X 105 mm High. I am doing this using a layout of A4 size pages with 2 pages per sheet selected. Also using duplex. My printer has duplexing available. I have tried it on 2 printers. A HP 5020 and a Ricoh MPC2551. Both give the same results. This leads me to think it is in my setup some where. I havefollowed several tutorials to set up the print. They all seem to be the same. YET, it does not print out in the correct book sequence. Pages are not as they should be for book reading. In fact. I have tried a simple document of pages of text ( 8 pages) with just random text. I get the same result. Can somebody help me please???
I have attached the document for your perusal.

The printer I used is not a Duplex printer so you will need to opt to use the ‘Print on both sides’ option(s) available in your printer settings instead of the ‘Manually print’ option that I had to use.
The wording may be different in your printer(s).

I hope the content in the link/video above is of use to you and to repeat what I have said in the link above, to get the best results from the Book Fold option in Word, it is perhaps advisable to set the conditions required first before any content is added. This helps prevent formatting issues.
