My question is by looking at the envelope image which is set to envelope #10 which is a regular size envelope does it look like my printer is out of wack or am I doing something wrong?

What Moonshine was hinting at is that we do not have any idea what it is that you are doing. It is difficult to tell whether you are doing it wrong. We cannot tell from looking at a pdf.
You should explore the links that Graham provided. Then, if you still need help, write back detailing the steps you are taking to get the undesired result. |
