Word 2013 TOC bolded chapter numbers and leader lines
Hello everyone, I have two problems when creating a custom TOC for my Word 2013 document.
My first problem is my Heading numbers appear in bold but I don't want them to. My heading text doesn't appear in bold but no matter what I do in Options or Modify the numbers are in bold. Is there a way to change that? My second problem is when I select a period Tab leader it only shows up in Heading 3 entries on the TOC, not Heading 1 or 2. How do I get that to apply to all Headings? My Table of Figures and Table of Tables comes out looking fine. What am I missing? Thank you for your time. |

Quote:
You need to ensure each of the TOC Styles you're using has tab leaders applied; evidently you have them for the TOC3 Style but not for TOC1 & TOC2.
