Default print in draft form

Perhaps this makes me old, but I can remember when there was an option to print in draft form where an extra line was added so you could add edits. Was it Word or the other guys?

I tried everything I could think of to accomplish this. I know I can add extra line in paragraphs, but I do not want to change the document. I just want to print the extra lines.

Any ideas?

In Word, you might do that by temporarily changing the paragraph line spacing to double.

Thanks, I changed the style from one to two lines. This was fine because other than some tables, the entire document was in normal.

I do have some other docs that I would like to do the same - print in draft form - but that would mean changing several styles. Not practical.

The issue here is that the person proofreading the draft is reading the printed version and the proofreader is not the typist. Old fashioned, I know, but there it is.

Thanks so much for your help.

You can change and entire document via Ctrl-A, then changing the paragraph spacing, without the need to change any Styles. Simply choose Undo or close the document after printing without saving to revert to the layout.
