Print footer on skipped pages (using section breaks)
I need my chapters to start on odd-numbered pages so I'm using the "odd page section breaks". The problem is that when printed the page is completely blank which makes it look like a printing error. I think it would be better if the blank page still had the footer printed on it. |

Having nothing on blank pages is the publishing standard. However, you can do this using a field.
See Is there an automatic way to create a non-blank, even-numbered page at the end of a chapter, if the chapter would otherwise end on an odd page? by John McGhie, MVP |
