Default Failures to permanently SAVE grammar/spelling IGNORES

(Using MSWord loaded on laptop -- NEVER cloud) I have personally-created documents of <100 pages that behave very differently. These docs are basically lists of persons and short bio paragraphs OR lists of items with short descriptions -- NO special formatting. Some docs completely accept and permanently save IGNORES of spelling and/or grammar (at least until para/entry is next re-edited). Others appear to accept and save (at least as viewed on screen), but after closing & reopening, at least some IGNORE items are again underlined in either/or/both BLUE & RED. I must have designated an ignore for certain name-spellings dozens of times -- to no permanent success. I can't figure what I have or haven't done differently in the different docs. Is there maybe some limit on the number of customizations per doc? I would like to make some Ignores PERMANENT -- even if later near a new edit, but don't know how. For names/words/multi-strokes "added" to my dictionary, there are instances when I still get blue grammar underlines when later re-used. I think the grammar of something ADDED to dictionary shouldn't keep repeatedly being challenged -- but don't know how to prevent repeated challenges. And I can't figure out if words/stokes added to dictionary/ies refer to me as a user in all docs or just to a specific document, and I don't seem to be able to designate one or the other.

See http://wordfaqs.ssbarnhill.com/MasterSpellCheck.htm which covers all you need to know about spell checking.

If you want Word to remember your spellings add them to the personal dictionary.

Blue underlines are for potential context sensitive spelling errors. Grammar errors are marked with green underlines.
