Remove table lines
I recently moved from Windows machines to Macs. I'm now using Office Home & Student 2016 for Mac. When I open documents in Word on my iMac, the text is enclosed in what appear to be tables. I'm guessing I missed a setting to eliminate this. What did I miss? Thanks.

It looks to me like you might have Word's 'show text boundaries' option checked.
PS: Re -Please update your profile.

Thank you, Paul. I've searched through Preferences and cannot find an option for "Show text boundaries." Where is it, please?
I updated my profile via Edit Your Details > Registration Required Information" when I initially posted my question. I see it's changed now. Thanks again. |

On Macs, those preferences are set via Word>Preferences>View>Text Boundaries.
