Default Creating a new Style in Word 2013 with different colored fonts and...

I'm trying to create a new style in Word 2013 with different colored fonts, some fixed wording, and a border. I've attached a screenshot of the desired result.

After creating the new style, I want the border to appear with only the red bolded text when the user selects the style; I don't want the <add text> to appear; rather, when the user types the warning message after the red bolded text, I want it to appear in black bolded text. Lastly, I want Hanging message indentation by 0.75".

I've scoured the web and haven't found any good instructions. I've attempted to create the new style, but either all font changes to black, all font changes to red, no wording appears in the border, or the border partially or fully disappears.

Assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

A Style cannot have more than one font colour. However, one way you could achieve what you're after would be to use a custom multi-level list numbering format for the paragraph. See attached.

Paul's recommendation is very good.
Here's more on setting up such a list:

You are essentially setting your WARNING as a bullet.

Even though you are setting up numbering, it is attached to a style and can show up in your quick styles gallery.

The style can be set up to have border or can have a frame as part of the style.
