Cool Is there a way to automatically add a hard space after Dr. or Mr. AS you are typing?

My law office often has to type long documents/summaries and several assistants do not like to have "Mr. Smith" separated between two lines, we like to keep them together. I have tried to figure out how to fix this AS we are typing, but I have been unsuccessful.

Is there a way to do this AS WE ARE TYPING instead of having to perform a search and replace once done?

I do create an auto correct entry for names that are typed often, and add the hard space to those shortcuts, but i want it to also do it when typing any other title and name, Dr. Jones, Dr. White, Ms. Wilson, Mr. Smith, NP Johnson, etc.

Please help!

Sorry. No.
The feature that would do this is AutoCorrect. That uses the space as a trigger to start looking. If you use AutoCorrect to replace Dr. with Dr.[non-breaking space] you end up with Dr.[non-breaking space][space].

Typing a non-breaking space is not that difficult. Ctrl+Shift+Space

Or you could just type ordinary spaces, then run a macro that looks for all the titles and replaces the trailing spaces with non-breaking ones.
