Help with autotext in Word 2013
Hey guys and gals,
I'm trying to help a coworker get her autotext working correctly. If she only types the first few characters of the saved entry it works just fine, but if any words precede the autotext entry it won't ask her if she wants to autocomplete. Occasionally she has to type "the" in front of the entry which is what is causing it to not work. I've tried making a separate autotext entry that has "The" included in it but that's not working either. Any guesses as to what I can do? |

Autocomplete requires 4 unique characters. What happens when she starts the key and then presses the F3 key?
AutoText entries by default have names that are the start of the text. It is best to assign them meaningful unique names. Automated Boilerplate Using Microsoft Word |
