All text formatting lost in copy/paste in Word for Mac 2011
I'm using Word 2011 for Mac.
When I copy text from a Word document and paste it into another location, all formatting is lost. It pastes as plain text. This happens even when copying/pasting within the same document. This just started happening yesterday. I hadn't made any changes to Word settings. I tried restarting Word and that didn't fix it. I checked Word Preferences --> Edit --> Editing Options, and "Keep track of formatting" is checked, and "Use smart cut and paste" is checked. I hope somebody can help!!! This problem just cropped up yesterday. I'm doing heavy document editing for the coming week, and this is slowing me down a lot!!! Thanks in advance for any/all suggestions. |
