Help with selective text from source doc
Hello
Im not sure if this is a mail merge query or something else. Please can you help, I will try to explain the best I can. I have a source word document with text i wish to select and transfer into a new document. The source document will have whole sentences to import so as an example the source document will have quotes from 5 famous people, and I want to select only 3 of the quotes to be transferred into a new document. How can I create this in word? I hope this gives you enough info to help or understand the problem. Many thanks |

Consider saving your source document as a template and your quotations as AutoText in that template. If your template is loaded as a Global Template you can call up any of your quotations by name.
