Default serial mail: 2 mail adresses

Hey guys,
is it possible to send an serial mail via word to more than 1 mailadresse in a row.

In my excel-file a have in my "mail-adress" column sometimes 2 or more mailadresses

f.e.

"mailadresse1@mail.de, mailadress2@mail.de"

when i start sending process, ms word says an error when i have 2 or more mail adresses, and say i should use the semicolon

okay, than i used it with semicolon:
"mailadresse1@mail.de; mailadress2@mail.de"

but i get again an error that ms word doesnt identify an mail adress.

anyone an idea how i can solve that?

What are you using to send the messages? Word has no e-mail function.
If this is mail merge from your Excel data via Word, then see http://www.gmayor.com/ManyToOne.htm which should be able to manage this, provided you have your e-mail account configured in Outlook.

Except when you're using it as the Outlook editor.

That suggests you're using a mailmerge. Mailmerges can't send to multiple addresses for a single record. You would need to either create a group in Outlook for each set of multiple recipients and input the group name in the email address column in Excel, or create a separate record in Excel for each recipient.
