Letters/Merge
I don't even know where to start so I apologize. I don't know if what I want to do is possible or even where to start.
I have a letter that has names and dates that need to be changed when we have to send them out. This is not a batch situation it is when out employee leaves our company and we have to send out a letter. The information on this letter (which is like 10 pages long) has dates that they need to take action by. Is there a good way to do this in word that we can fill it in some place and it fills in all the spots that need to be filled out with that information? I don't even know if I am explain this correctly. I can look into supplying a sample of the letter if that would be helpful with all the parts I need to make sure get filled in. Any help would be great. Again sorry if this make no sense. |
