Scale to paper size option missing
I am the secretary at our church, and for our weekly bulletins, we reuse a previous document and make necessary changes week to week. When we had Windows 7 & Word 2010, we could create/print a legal size document and then also "scale to paper size" to create a larger print ledger size (for our elderly members).
Since upgrading to a new computer that has Windows 10 and Word 2016, that particular document is missing the scale to paper size option when printing, BUT all other documents, whether created new or using a previous document to make changes to, have the option and all is well. Of course, the document we most need this option for is the one that doesn't have it! Any insight as to why this might be missing and how to get it back? I have tried saving the document as 2 or 3 different versions (such as .docx, .doc, .rtf), but that has not worked. I believe it is currently saved as a Word 97-2003 document. Thank you! |

Thank you! I'm so sorry that I cross posted, didn't realize that what I was doing was inappropriate/unnecessary. I just hadn't gotten an answer by the next day here so I posted on the other forum. I appreciate the information though and will only post once and be patient
