Anyone have any ideas about this? When I'm in my MS Word 2003 program, I like to extract the "Address" feature from the web toolbar and attach it to one of my toolbars. (I do this via Tools, Customize....).
That way I'll always know whether I'm typing (and saving) something on the hard drive or on a floppy or whatever, because it'll say C:, or A:, etc.
But on my new computer, when I come back to Word the next day, it's always gone, and all the other customizations I've done are gone too such as all the things I've unchecked in Auto-Correct Options, Spelling/Grammar, Edit, etc. Why does that keep happening I wonder?
