trying to compile a new certificate for my business
and having trouble with headers

have place picture in header and footers
the look ok on screen however when I go to print preview there is a white margin above header and below footer.

have read a few thing ref space but cant seem to solve.

any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Most printers cannot print to the edge of the paper. Print Preview simply reflects what the current printer is capable of printing.
