Is there a way to make a manually written document?
Like putting handwriting on lines in MS Word?
Maybe in a table. Or maybe in MS Excel.
I really need this.
Or do you know of some other program?

The link shows how one can write, draw, etc., manually onto a Word document. If that's not what you want to do, you need to explain exactly what it is you want. So far I have had to guess what you mean - as would anyone else reading this thread. I don't propose to play charades...
