Default cannot create a SaveAll shortcut

MS WORD 2013

I sucessfully created a SaveAll icon in the QuickAccessToolbar, but can't find this command in any list available for creating keyboard shortcut (F5) for this command.

Any help ?

In the Customize Keyboard dialog box, look for the FileSaveAll command (in the "All Commands" category).
