Default Configured page size to 20 inches height : why the page still breaks @ the default 9,6” ?

Some Word (2016) documents I create are not supposed to be printed but only to be visualized on screen.
As a matter of edition convenience it would be easier for me to customize extended pages with 20” height (the highest number is 22”).
I configured by doing : Layout > Size > More paper sizes > then edited height from 11,69 (default value) to 20 inches.
However pressing ” Enter” I noticed that the page still breaks at 9,6 “ (the maximum the cursor can be placed is @ 9,6 or at the beginning of the next page).

How to configure to break @ 20” (to use full page ) ?
Thanks
