Exclamation Advanced Form in Word 2010

Hi there,

Is it possible to create a form/checklist in Microsoft word that will only allow certain questions to be answered depending on the selection from another question?

For example: If the answer to question 1 is "yes" then Microsoft word will direct you to Questions 5 & 6 for follow up questions and skip questions 2-4 since the selection was set to "yes"

While this is possible in a regular Word document, it may be easier to set up in a UserForm which is a custom dialog box. You can use that to collect the information and insert it into a document. Create a Simple Userform
