Word 2013 - Viewing images in smaller quality but printing in normal quality
Is it possible to view images in smaller quality to work faster with Word, but have the normal quality for printing?

No. You can, however, check Word's 'show picture placeholders' option, which just shows where the pictures are on-screen, without displaying them, but still prints them.
