Default Printing in Review All Markup Mode - Annoying top/lower margins

I don't want all this space above and below the text when I print in Review All Markup mode, can't figure out if there's a setting somewhere to turn this off? Anyone?

If you mean the "spacing" caused by the header and footer areas in Word, all you can do is decrease the values for the top and bottom margins (in the Page Setup dialog box).

If you mean something else, please elaborate.

When "Track Changes" is activated, Word will shrink the (printed) page in order to reserve space for the so-called balloons. To prevent that from happening, you must hide the balloons. Click Review tab | Show Markup | Balloons | Show All Revisions Inline.

ok I guess I wanted the balloons on the side but not have the excessively large spaces above and below the doc when I print it, sounds like that's not possible then?

How much spacing are we talking about here? What are the values for the actual top and bottom margins? It is possible that this is printer-related.

Could you post a screen shot that illustrates what you see?
