Utterly bizarre behavior when attempting to switch to next document window
This is Word 2013 running on Win7. Since I think Ctrl F6 is a cumbersome way to change windows to get to the next document, and hitting alt W W and then the window number even more so, I set up F2 to move to the next window. For a year, this has worked fine. Suddenly, on occasion hitting F2 creates a new window with an empty document (numbered, such as document 255) and then control W or clicking the close X will not close that window. Only closing a Windows Explorer window will get me unstuck. I have discerned no pattern as to when this will happen, though there may well be one. Any thoughts on solving this problem would be most appreciated.
