Hello Friends how are you all



I have been facing a problem from last few days and I am unable to solve it out by myself even I have asked lots of friends to give me any solution but I am still unable to get rid of this problem

the problem is that whenever i open my MS-Word files they do not open properly and they appears in this format





and after then when i click on OK

it appears/opens in this way




can anybody please let me know what to do I have been facing this problem from some time now I tried alot to open them but I am not getting anything

and whole of my data is now creating this problem please help me out if anyone knows the solution

Hi,

As per my guess:

1. You are trying to opening the 2007 version in the lesser version of MS word

or

2. Your document might not be having an extension of (xxx.doc)

or

3. Please try to open the same file in Word 2007 an give save as to the lesser version.

I hope you get chance to open it by using the above tips.

i have almost tried each and everything but i am not getting any solution

i am more than upset because i am at the verge of losing my 5 years work

please someone give me any accurate solution for this trouble

Let me know what MS Word version are you using? and what is the file type (extension) are you trying to open.

currently its 2003 and the file extension is ".doc"
