Question I'm not sure if this is possible; regarding forms and file saving/printing.

Hello,

Due to my lack of terminology on this subject I'm finding it difficult to find an answer. So I will try my best to explain. I'm first looking to see if its even possible. Im looking to make a form. Where as information is imputed in certain labeled sections, and once saved in plain text, the labeled section do no save in the final format.

Example: RED = Labeled Section

Name: MS Office Guru
Address: 123 Elms Street
Phone #: 555.555.5555

Once saved in Plain text:

MS Office Guru
123 Elms Street
555.555.5555

Thank so much in advance. I hope there's a solution or work through.

From your odd description, you could use either text content controls which work as place makers for input text (You'll find them on the Developer tab which is not installed by default, so if you have not already done so add it from the built-in ribbon editor), or you could use Macrobutton Fields as placemarkers http://www.gmayor.com/Macrobutton.htm

A more elegant alternative is to use a VBA userform - http://www.gmayor.com/Userform.htm.
