Default copy a page or pages in word with inserted pictures.

The file which is a newsletter containing pictures is > 25mb and can't be sent by email.

I want to split the document into two pieces. Unfortunately when I select the first two pages and paste to a new document, the pictures are not included.

Is there a way to copy all the contents ( including the pictures ).

Thanks

Duncan

Delete the pages from three to the end and save with a new name.
Re-open the original document and delete pages 1 and 2 and save with a new name. You should then have three documents - the original, pages 1 and 2 and page 3 onwards.
