Hello all,

I work at a company that uses Microsoft over a network, so anybody has an opportunity to use and change the same documents. For some reason recently, every word document I open looks fine viewing/changing the document itself, but when I go to print preview it shows the right side being cut off, then upon printing, the entire document has shrunk and it's in the top right corner of the page.
This is only happening on my computer as I have checked with all my co workers. The only thing that makes it print ok is if I change the paper size to A4 rather than Letter, however I seem to have to change this on every single document every time I print. As mentioned, this happened out of no where and does affect all my documents, new or old.



Any help is greatly appreciated.

If you check the default settings for your default printer, what paper size is chosen? Does this match the paper in the printer and the page setup of the Word document you are viewing?

I checked it, and it also is set for Letter just as all my word documents are.
