paste special button
I am using word for mac 2011, OS X 10.10.2 and just updated the latest update from Microsoft.
I am having the issue with the paste special button. I copy and paste a lot from different sources and use the shortcut "command V" every time I paste something, it defaults to the source formatting and not the destination. Not always a big issue, but I am not seeing the paste option button that usually pops up at the end of the pasted text. I clicked on preferences and checked the box to show paste option button. Unless I am mistaken, I thought I used to always see this. It works fine in excel but not in word. I also know I can do key board short cut "shift-alt-command-V" but that is extremely cumbersome for me. Any help is appreciated Cheers |
