Missing font
Hello
Can someone point me in the right direction please. One of my users has a word document that is substituting the Arial Bold font with Arial regular. Colleagues in the same office with the same version of word and the same printers see everything fine. I have copied over the Arialbd font file from my machine to his and it still does the same thing. I have had a look at the word file on my computer (Windows & Office 2007, same as the user) and under the font substitutions it says it is substituting the Arial bold for default (which is listed as Arial bold). I suspect it is an issue within office but wanted to check with some others first before a repair\re-install as the user is in a different office to me. Thanks |
