Default Find /Replace Help

I have downloaded several news articles which i want to clean up a bit...

what i would like to remove is formated constantly throughout...

NAME OF CITY, Month Date, (Source) e.i. TORONTO, Oct 27 (Dow Jones)

I am having trouble coming up with a find/replace that will eliminate all the occurrences. They occur in the beginning of a sentence so that might help.

thanks for any help

Default Replacing

Copy the text you wish to replace or reformat and paste it into the "Find what" box in the replacement dialogue (Home/Editing/Replace, or Alt+E,E). Leaving your cursor there, click on the More button (lower left), then Format, then Font and select the characteristics (apparently, Bold) you wish to identify with the selected text.

If you are replacing it with nothing, leave the "Replace with" box blank. Othewise type or paste the desired text in that box and, if desired, choose formatting as before.

Does that solve your problem?

thanks for its not the formatting i am looking at, that is just an example of the structure i am looking to delete... is you look to the right e.i. you will see an example... the problem is there are several variations of this that i would like to delete.... some different city names, and dates, and sources...

so i needed something that maybe says, find ) and delete everything to the right of it... (since this text I want to delete is found at the beginning of the sentence this should work)

or have a multiple find... find anything in (parentheses) AND find anything in CAPS, AND find month followed by a , and next 2 numbers
